Privacy

what we keep: nothing. here is how.

Politique de confidentialité · RGPDLast updated 7 November 2026Version 1.04 min read

In short

  • No account, no form, no newsletter, no cookie banner because there is no cookie.
  • No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no profile, no data sold.
  • Nothing you do on the Site is sent to an AI model. Amada's answers were computed in advance.
  • Two technical things still leave your browser: the request to our host (Vercel) and to Google Fonts. Both are explained below.
  • If you email us, we keep your message only to answer it. Questions: liamdb.work@gmail.com
01

Who is responsible

The person responsible for any personal data handled through the Site (the "controller" under the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) is:

Controller
LiamDB, private individual, publisher of the Site
Contact
liamdb.work@gmail.com

There is no data protection officer: the Site is a one-person project that does not process data on a large scale, so the law does not require one. You can write directly to the address above.

02

What data, who receives it, why

This table lists everything that can leave your browser when you visit the Site. If something is not in this table, the Site does not do it.

Honestly about the fontsLoading fonts from Google is common, but it means Google sees your IP address. Some European courts have criticised this. We would rather not depend on it: hosting the fonts on our own server is planned, and this page will be updated when it is done.
03

What we never do

  • No cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting. The Site does not remember you from one visit to the next.
  • No analytics or statistics tool (no Google Analytics, no Vercel Analytics, no heatmaps).
  • No advertising, no tracking pixel, no social media buttons that load code from other companies.
  • No account, no login, no form. The secret code on the desktop is checked inside your browser and is never sent anywhere.
  • No AI processing of your activity. Your clicks and your scrolling are not sent to Amada or to any other model, and are never used to train one.
  • No sale, rental or sharing of data with anyone.
04

Data outside the European Union

Vercel and Google are based in the United States. The technical data described above (mainly your IP address) may therefore be processed there.

Both companies take part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as giving adequate protection (decision of 10 July 2023). They also use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

05

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

  • access the data about you, and get a copy;
  • correct it if it is wrong;
  • delete it;
  • limit or object to its use;
  • receive it in a common format (portability);
  • give instructions about your data after your death (French law).

To use these rights, write to liamdb.work@gmail.com. You will get an answer within one month. Because the Site keeps no personal data itself, the answer will often be "we have nothing about you", except for the emails you sent us. For the host logs, we can forward your request to Vercel.

If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris), or to the authority of your own country.

06

Children

The Site asks nobody for personal data, whatever their age, so it collects nothing about children either. If a child writes to us, we only use the message to answer. The story contains a few unsettling scenes; a content note is shown before it starts, so parents can decide.

07

Security

The Site is served only over HTTPS: what travels between your browser and the server is encrypted. The Site has no database and no user account, so there is nothing of yours stored here that could leak.

08

Changes to this policy

If the Site starts handling data in a new way, this page will change before it happens, and the date at the top will be updated.
